My husband had an appointment at 10:30 & someone from the staff called me at 8:30 to inform me Dr. EDE no longer accepts his insurance. The appointment was scheduled a week in advance so it's bad business to notify me 2 hours before his appointment. Dr. EDE is great, but the staff at the front desk; not so much.
I hate giving bad reviews but Dr. Ede was in and out of the office so fast. I wasn’t done explaining myself as he was walking out the door. He also never sent my prescription in to be filled for my headaches even after I called the office and left a message with the receptionist. Maybe I caught him on a bad day.
I have not found a better Doctor, and I drive over 50 miles to see him, even though there is a clinic less than 3 miles that I could get services from. He has solved some problems that I have been plagued with for years, making him the best doctor I have ever had!
