This visit was very disappointing. Our concerns were dismissed, and it felt like the doctor had already made up his mind without truly listening or trying to understand the problem. We left the appointment feeling frustrated Our time and money were wasted.

His way of treating my child, as a real human been not just one more patient, the way he explains the situation the probabilities of the outcome and future steps if necessary. Lovely how he accepted my daughters chocolate chip cooky (even though if he was not going to eat it 🤭). She was excited for the cookie she was bringing to him. Yeny (Ayline)
