Had meeting with them not too long ago, just like Friday. And it is 12-22 of 2025 want to say wonderful staff, very wonderful, very understanding, very knowledgeable, very friendly can't wait to hear back all my information I had turned in. Very easy to help fill out the application
DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!! Management is constantly changing and they are constantly changing rules. The newest has hiked up the pricing to BEYOND reasonable for a hell hole like this, and they WILL NOT HELP YOU if you are being harassed or endangered by other tenants. Currently they are evicting as many people as possible to try and get higher paying tenants in the apartments that are meant for government housing!!
They are not a good place to live evicted me for the first word they need new managers at lawrence downs and Decatur down
