Nyvonne can’t return calls when it’s in relation to her job, but can take it upon herself to call me back on the clock, from her work phone, to tell me about her personal feelings on the way I spoke to her, while I’m at work. Front desk lady also always says she’s at lunch .

Rude on the phone, judge you and are condescending. Make you feel bad for trying to get help.
There is a BLATANT disrespect for most of the tenants. It's going downhill in ALL aspects. They can be nice to your face but behind your back they could care less about what they do and how it makes the tenants feel. Sad.
