ASK FOR THE CARFAX OR RUN IT YOURSELF PRIOR TO BUYING FROM CUTTER. Bought a 2024 Jeep Wrangler in 2025 from them, under the false impression that it had no damage or prior accidents. Went to look at the trade in report on 09.27.26, and found out there was in fact damage on the vehicle two months prior to its trade-in that showed up on the CarFax report, but allegedly not their cheap "generic" tissue brand of car report software. Polite staff, but the sales team is unreliable and uses questionable sales tactics, and the service department constantly misses timelines and can't/won't fix issues... 24 Ram 1500 purchased from them (attempted "bait-n-switch" & Ghosting)... has been into their shop multiple times for the same issues since purchase (breaking/start-stop issue, head unit/electric faults, lifter-tick, and suspension knock).
