I was originally quoted about $1,900 to replace my brakes/hardware and rotors and to complete a safety inspection. I was told the work would take about 2–3 days, since one part had to be shipped overnight from Portland. Instead, my truck was kept for almost two weeks. Disappointed. They got my car going. Cost was way more than expected and the broke the lcd screen inside my car and, of course, blamed me. Service manager’s uncle’s car did the same thing so it is my problem. Went there in perfect shame cones out broken. I store the car inside, he said happens to cars stored outside. Not his problem. Beware. I’ll be out another $500 because of these guys. They know they broke the screen but do not care.
*Kyle & Ryan have been very helpful anytime I have to take my jeep in for service. Reviews are reviews but we must remember every situation is different. These guys do their best & that’s what we should be thankful for. That’s Aloha.
