Service department is a joke! Wanted to charge $600 for a new battery. I went and purchased a $124.99 battery and took it to them. Suddenly, they can't install it because it "doesn't fit" and won't pass inspection. Thanks, we'll pick up our car and move on down the road. DO NOT GO HERE! THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF. THEY ARE NOT PROFESSIONAL MECHANICS!
Terrible dealership! They couldn't figure out the issue with my car which isn't the issue because I understand the circumstances however I learned what I needed. Ryan was my service manager and he gives you a direct line that he hardly answers but when he does he made several empty promises that he would call me back the same day but always fails through his commitments. **Previous Review:** This dealership has gone completely downhill. The paperwork, communication, and attention to customer concerns were all terrible. The sales staff were extremely pushy and did not know when to stop. At one point, a salesperson even tried to prevent me from leaving after I explained that I was feeling sick and uncomfortable with the situation. worst dealership on the island.sold me a buy back car and a warranty without letting me know .so now I can’t use my warranty cause of the car History.report this to AG office.hopefully we can stop this scamming thing.don’t want this to happen to anybody.
This is not a dealer ship .it’s a scam place.please,please don’t even try to buy car with this guy.they don’t care about you or your family.they only need there sales.I promise this is the worse service ever.they sale me a lemon car with a extended warranty but when I need that repair the quote me 10-15 k out of my pocket.please if you still reading advise your family and friends about this place.
