Don’t rely on them to honor your warranty! I’ve taken my jeep (still under warranty) in for the same issue 5 separate times. They refuse to acknowledge or fix the issue. Constant waste of time and money with this service department.
Bought a new 22 jeep wrangler 4xe in Oct 23 and was told the oil would be changed prior to purchase. Later learned that they used one of my jeep wave oil changes. I would not recommend any person to buy a vehicle from this dealership.
Best guys to deal with. Easygoing and honest.
Update: upon further review of the service papers I noticed that they mentioned that they couldn’t find the hub cap was and they never replaced it. The service manager failed to tell us this when picking up the car. If they lose or break a part on the car, shouldn’t they replace it? See the photos for proof. If i could give zero or negative stars, i would. This is the worst place to buy a vehicle. The sales people don't give a shit and the managers don't either. They dont treat you with respect. Go somewhere else to buy a vehicle. Don't waste your time here. Don't waste your money here. If you want to buy a Dodge,jeep,chrysler or Ram go to a different dealership. I promise you will have better service somewhere else.
