Extremely disappointing experience. The customer service was unprofessional and unfriendly from the start, I was met with attitude rather than assistance. After I clearly expressed my intention to move forward with the purchase, they suddenly changed the price without justification. It felt dishonest and left me questioning their integrity as a dealership. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone looking for a straightforward and respectful car-buying experience.
Worst customer service of anywhere I’ve ever been. I had engine problems that should have been covered under my warranty but we were told it wasn’t. They didn’t offer to help us and got annoyed that we were trying to do our due diligence. THEN, they said that because of all of the back and forth- they wanted nearly half of the estimate up front. Then tried to lie to me by telling me it wasn’t a punishment or insult, that they do that with everyone. Nevermind that we had had all services through them that we always paid once ... read more
