Service tech Josh was outstanding! He communicated effectively with me providing updates through the process of working with Dodge to replace my AC evaporator under warranty and figured out how to fix the Y47 recall for windshield adhesive in less than a week that another employee tried for months and never did figure out. Josh deserves a raise and promotion! Great job and I will be asking for Josh from now on!
