Good doctor
Dr Tran is the best primary doctor I ever had.
HORRIBLE. A doctor's office with no receptionist to answer calls. No making appointments. No getting prescriptions refilled.
Dr Tran has been my doctor over 9 yrs. He’s amazing!!!! very knowledgeable and professional. EVERY doctor’s appointment he takes his time with me insuring that all my health concerns are taken care of. He’s never rushing to the next patient, that means so much to me. I actually look forward to going to my doctor’s appointments. I even referred my daughter…
This review is only for their front of house staff. They had a week and a half to check my insurance information, but waited until I sat in their office for 10 minutes to say that my insurance would cover the examination, as that was "preventative care", but actually getting the results from those exams is not considered preventative care and is a normal consultation. Really wouldn't be upset if this info was given beforehand, but I completed an hours worth of paperwork, rescheduled my day, and wasted time getting into the o... read more
