We called during the pandemic to see if our new insurance was covered by them and the person said yes, definitely. So we didn't switch doctor office. My wife had test done and we received a full bill for it. When I called and told them that I was assured that the insurance was taken by them, they basically called me a liar. I've been consistently paying this bill every month and now they are threatening to send it to collection agency. It seems to starting to go downhill since Dr. Fazioli passed away. It's a shame.
