I had to go back to the ER and I was taken to Cabell Huntington Hospital for Kidney stones and the drivers that took me to the hospital were rude and acted bothered to have to take a screaming in pain person to the hospital. If you don't like helping sick people get out of the profession.
The EMS team member Tim was completely inappropriate he did not listen to anything the nurses and team stated to him prior to transporting me and interferes with the medical care I received. The supervisor did not listen to my complaint and said it was t His word against mine even though I was in the hospital the next day because of the interference in the medical care I received at the hospital he transported me to.
