Went for an oil change / tire rotation and state inspection. Inspection indicated that rear brakes were below minimum to pass and needed replaced and rotors turned. Additionally, a recommendation for brake fluid flush and fill; plus coolant flush and fill services be performed. Total bill would just top $1200.
