Good communication. Arrived on time. Very personable and helpful. my wife is pleased with the result. I didn't know what to expect, but found the rug to be very wet, so I used the hoover rug cleaner and drew off around another pint. Highly trafficked area is still darker. I wish that there would have been some method to address them, but for a light tan carpet that was installed 13 years ago, I think we did okay. What I did soak up was dirty, so I will probably double up and another cleaning sometime in the future.

The Turkish rug in my hallway had become flat and lifeless after years of use. I was considering replacing it before deciding to have it professionally cleaned. The Turkish rug cleaning made such a noticeable difference that replacing it is no longer necessary. The wool feels soft again, and the colors are much more vibrant.

Excellent experience with their viscose rug cleaning service. I was nervous because viscose rugs are very sensitive and easy to ruin. The staff clearly understood the material and explained how they clean it differently from Wool or silk rugs. The rug returned clean, soft, and without any discoloration. I’m very happy with the result.
