My Pakistani rug went through their cleaning process, and the difference was remarkable. They came to my home, packed the rug safely, and took it to their factory where they use advanced machines to clean without harming the hand knotted design. When it came back, the wool was soft, the colors were brighter, and the entire surface looked even. I also appreciated how they maintained the woven symmetry of the rug since Pakistani designs are very detailed. The pickup and return made the whole experience extremely convenient.
