Very modern facilities and processes. Support staff and medical personnel were all helpful, friendly and professional.
I was nervous about the experience but Storm was so kind, she put me at ease as soon as we met. In fact all of the staff went out of their way to make sure the study went as smoothly as possible.
They we very polite. They made me feel comfortable.
Very professional and right on time. Friendly from the time I entered to the appointment. Explained everything to my understanding and satisfaction Dr. Chan was easy to listed and gave me several options.
