Had an appointment scheduled for 12/22. Explained that I purchased the home off one of their customers at the initial call. Tech showed up, tenant said they could service the units and the tech left and never came back. They never followed up until I called them on 1/3 asking them what the issue was. They proceeded to deny me service because they aren’t taking on new customers YET they booked the initial appointment! So now, I have to book elsewhere and wait another 2 months.
