Awful, terrifying experience. The doctor and his nasty sister/receptionist/nurse pushed us to vaccinate our daughter of 15mos. despite their office losing her vaccine records. They both spoke to my wife and I very disrespectfully and completely lacked the necessary skills to work with children (or the public for that matter). Red flags galore, stay away.
Dr Bergman is an excellent doctor. I have been bringing my children for three years since we moved to Florida. Dr Bergman is very knowledgeable, to the point/ no nonsense approach to care, which is appreciated. Takes a whole body approach to care and is an excellent diagnostician. He has always been able to accommodate same day appointments and is always available by phone call. He is responsible and calls back to check in to see how your child is feeling. There is never a wait.
Awful. As a first time parent, i had a lot of questions, but dr. Bergman would seem annoyed to answer them and would say "did you go on my website." My child was terrified of going to see him. My son would see the building start crying and get hysterical once he saw Dr. Bergman. It would cause me, as the parent to get anxiety everytime i went. We have been seeing Dr. Bergman for about 6 years and he is an excellent and caring doctor. He takes time with each patient and really knows them and the family. He and nurse Ann are always readily available to answer questions and return calls quickly at all times of the day.
We have been going to Dr. Bergman since last year (2023) the birth of our son. We have had nothing but a great experience. Between the reassurances while in the hospital after a stressful pregnancy all the way to the first appointment in the office. He saw us immediately after an incident a few months into being new parents and even as of our appointment yesterday I can’t say a single negative thing.
