First impression of living here for a few days, they moved me into an apartments that absolutely reeks of urine and weren't going to do anything about it until reported. Even stated they knew about it, just didn't do more than try to mop it up. They state no smoking, but my neighbors reeks of smoke also. They state quite hours is until 7, but there will absolutely be a garbage truck smashing repeatedly at 4am.
