I brought my vehicle to them to have them diagnose why my vehicle had a starting problem and they charged me to diagnose a problem that they created and wanted me to pay for. They broke several spark plugs into the engine head and said i needed a new engine head and it would cost $9500 to fix but i may need an new engine and that would cost $16000.
