Terry is awesome and has a wonderful personality. Very knowledgeable, friendly, straightforward, and you can tell his passion for cars just conversing with him. I really appreciate his honesty and integrity. Fantastic at consultation and customer service on top of all that. Just picked my iS250 from him - great experience. Would 100% recommend; I know I'd come back here when I look for a car again.
Sold me a car that had underlying issues. A month into owning the car, the engine light came on. The oil would burn so easily, I would have to add all the time. Terry knew the car had issues and still sold it, the engine blew like a year later. So wrong.
