I worked with Lawrence Arnkoff recently on a federal matter. Mr. Arnkoff was very personable and communicated my options and all contingencies. He protected my rights and livelihood while dealing with multiple federal agencies on multiple areas of concern. Mr. Arnkoff kept me informed and assured me he was invested in my case. The fees resulting from my case were reasonable and the results I received were worth so much more than I paid. I highly recommend Mr. Arnkoff and would entrust him implicitly with any legal issue.
Mr. Arnkoff represented me on federal drug charges. The case lasted several years but recently he called me with the best news possible- my case had been dismissed. That is rare in federal court. I could have gone to prison and had a felony conviction but he never stopped working towards a dismissal no matter what the government told him. Mr. Arnkoff represented my brother-in-law on federal racketeering/homicide charges. This was a very emotional case for the community. The penalty was mandatory life in prison and Mr. Arnkoff was able to negotiate a waiver of the mandatory punishment. The Government recommended a sentence of 25 years. After a very lengthy sentencing hearing the Judge leaned heavily towards Mr. Arnkoff’s arguments and imposed a sentence of 13 years.
