Have had some issues on my well being but Dr. Rudolph does not respond to phone messages because the people answering the phone to his office does and will not give him messages to return important phone calls. I guess they confiscated his mail I sent to him a week ago also. He wanted blood work but because his office coded blood works wrong, I was billed a hefty bill. I made copies with a message from me and my phone numbers. Never heard a word and still no response from him. The response on the phone will not write a stick... read more
He's the best primary care doctor I've had. Always listens and is certain to follow up with me personally when there is any chance I am confused or uncertain. I feel very well cared about and cared for .
I can not recommend Dr. Rudolf enough. He is the first Dr that I've ever felt really took the time to listen, make suggestions, get to know me. You can tell how much he cares about the person, rather than just treating a symptom. Also his support staff and nurses are awsome, makes you feel right at home.
Dr Rudolf has cared and treated my whole family for several years. I could not recommend him and his team higher. He includes the patient in decisions and explains why he is recommending a specific treatment. Always takes time to answer questions and is up to date on the most current medications and procedures. He truly cares about you as a person and a friend besides being an excellent physician
Took time to establish my plan of care and address all my concerns, helped locate other specialist providers as well. The experience was a big relief.
