The receptionist Kelly was extremely rude over the phone. The conversation felt like it was hurting her to give me a call back about booking an appointment for my son.
I am perplexed by the poor reviews I am reading. Dr. Silverman handled my son’s treatment for 4 years and I couldn’t have been happier with him. His bedside manner was wonderful, he always was upfront with choices, the pros and cons of specific treatments and spoke with my son, not at him.
You'd do better elsewhere.
I left my first consult in April with my son perplexed by how critical, unkind and aloof this doctor was. He had no bedside manner. He never even ordered blood tests to see if my son had a growth problem which it certainly seemed so as even his pediatrician thought it was worth a referral. Dr. Silverman managed to insult me and even my husband, when my husband was not even present to defend himself.
