Came out to fix an irrigation leak, the technician didn’t fully fasten a male adaptor on which caused it to leak. They came back out once to try to turn it even though it was already solvent welded. They left not having fixed it and have been dodging my calls since.
Didn’t show up for maintenance until called. Overcharged me for initial maintenance and did not perform work satisfactorily after that. Ruined two Holly trees. Not responsive after that.
Don’t show no respect, drink alcohol on job sites and the bosses don’t really care.
Best all around lawn care service in NWA. Attention to detail and quality seems to be a priority. Would absolutely recommend.
