Doctor Hussein shouldn’t be a doctor. I’ve never had a doctor make me feel so uncomfortable just for answering a question he asked me. I tried to explain what bulk billing is and why i haven’t been here in so long. All for him to yell at me in the hallway saying “I don’t have to be here” when i never said I didn’t want to be here. He then got mad at me and told me “No you’re not I’m the doctor, if you have any more questions. Dr Ray is very professional and caring person highly recommend 😊
Ive been going to this practice for about 3 years, in the beginning it was good, but has progressively gotten worse. Its impossible to contact them via phone as they never answer. They ignore emails, and have recently started cancelling appointments last minute sometimes not even notifying me. I have been forced to moved doctors because of how difficult it has been to have my medical condition taken seriously. I 100% do not recommend this practice. Zero stars.
