I’ve had nothing but bad experiences getting my lawn services done by this company. The “pros” that are assigned keep accepting the job, then dropping it the day of the service!!! I’ve had a “pro” also lie and say my lawn is over 9” to get an extra $60, when I mowed a week prior so that would be nearly impossible. Come to find out he mowed my flower bed as well. After waiting 4 days late, they sent Tim's discount lawn service. He rode a mower on a small residential property hit my gate and left Hugh black tire marks on my WHOLE white vinyl fence on the inside. Did not edge, bag and cut the grass so short there is clumps of grass everywhere. He blew all the black filler in driveway all over the front yard. This was my first experience with lawnstarters and my last.

After searching and doing research on different companies, I called and asked if they would be available to mow my parents yard,because my dad isn't able to as he just had a triple bypass, they worked with me on setting up the appointment, they kept me updated with the service as the weather was going to be bad. Tyler did amazing and my parents yard looks great!! I appreciate all the work and time he took. Thanks again Tyler

I called LawnSatrter in hopes to find someone to mow my lawn. They get your under contract right away with three mows. No one showed up and now I will need to cut my own lawn. I consider their contract null and void on their end. They need to reimburse me the money they charged my account for no one showing up. I don't recommend it.

If you would like to have a different pro every 10 days (because weekly seems to be a challenge to achieve), this may be the service for you. If you like your yard hacked into by people who don’t have credentials or even a business license, this is the company for you. I have had 4 different pros in 4 cuts this year. The first one tracked their lawn mower through my neighbors yard. The second one was great! But he couldn’t make it back and had to forfeit the job.
