Shawn his partner did an excellent job on mowing and cutting my lawn. He was very detailed and he made sure I was pleased with the service. I would highly recommend Him
Started out good, then went downhill. Kept messaging me that lawn was cut when it was not. Multiple weeks in a row. No email for help, everything on their website pushes you to the app for help with a live agent. No agent, just a chatbot that can't help. They've sent at least 2 messages this week saying my lawn was cut Monday. It was not. I decided to cancel on Thursday. Still can't get Lawnstarter to reach out to confirm they are not going to charge me for the week since the lawn wasn't cut. Not recommended.
