I thought this would be a great start. I had a lot of issues initially. Seemed like when the first four came, they immediately bailed out on me. Then one guy finally came and stayed we are of the same ethnicity. Soooo umm yea, this may work better for Little Rock, but Saline county is sketchy. Brian has done an excellent job caring for my yard. He has been on time with scheduling quick and efficient and my yard is always nicely groomed when he leaves.
LawnStarter is a very reliable company. The customer service is great and Jerome does a very good job on our yard. I would highly recommend LawnStarter for your yard care.
Awful service. The crew they sent out twice barely mowed the yard—it was left uneven and you could hardly tell anything had been done. Customer service was no help, and they still charged me full price. I had to mow the lawn myself the very next day after their so-called “service.” Save yourself the frustration—do not use this company.
