It can be a bit of a mixed bag depending on the pro that takes your job. However I finally landed on a pro that does a good consistent job, really happy with my current pro, Peter from Deanscapes. The app works 98% of the time and is easy to use, and has good functionality. Honestly I love that I can just do it all in the app without having to make a bunch of calls myself.
