Run. Anywhere else. Literally. Avoid like the plague unless you like wasting your time and money. Customer service is non-existent and the app is absolutely useless. If you love haggling, wasting your time and handing out money for nothing, theyre perfect for you. If you love tall grass charges for a lawn that's half moss, they're perfect for you as well. Otherwise, RUN.
I was looking for a reasonably priced lawn care and chose this company. Initially they were doing a good job, but then they started coming later than the date of the service and marking it as complete in the app before the work was done and charging my account. The last time which on 9/29/24, the service was not done and it was marked complete in the app and they charged my account and never returned to complete the work. I was so disappointed. I had a terrible experience with LawnStarter after they damaged my property during a service, resulting in a $405 mailbox repair. On the day of the incident, I immediately informed their team about the damage and let them know I would follow up after speaking with my HOA regarding the type of mailbox to stay cohesive with the neighborhood. Horrible experience! They keep rescheduling again and again, and when you report on the app they again reschedule it and never work on time! Don’t ever work with them!
