Worse service I ever received, only cut some area of the yard so now I have to pay a second time for someone to come and fix their work. The areas that was “cut” is still high. I called to cancel any future services and they’re refusing to stating they force customers to get at least 3 cuts to cancel services. I guess that’s what you have to do when you know your service sucks. I’m contacting my credit card company to block any future charges.

We have had a horrible experience. We just moved from Nevada and bought a home in Lorain. We don't have our lawn equipment yet and signed up for grass cutting, having bushes trimmed and help clearing the back of our property. They quoted one price which we agreed to, and within a couple of days, we were contacted with a different quote that was almost double.
