1. Charged for long grass when grass was not long 2. Kept scheduling and rescheduling then charged a $15 cancellation fee for a visit I did not know about until that day and had to cancel. 3. The cleanup of my yard was terrible. Lots of leaves and debris left behind. 4. Leaf bags were torn so it made it hard to get the stuff to the curb on pick up day. Worse than useless service. The provider did not show up. He rescheduled for the next day and again did not show up. You don't get the phone number of the provider. You have to text through a buggy stupid app. You can call the national headquarters, but the frontline reps will tell you they can't call the providers either. So, I asked for a supervisor. The rep said the supervisors also can't call the service providers. This is of course not true. The supervisor immediately tried to call the provider for me. To no avail. If y... read more

They sent out the worst of the worst (mowed down our flowers and missed many spots) and would randomly not show up. Then they cancelled out service without notifying us

SCAM COMPANY. They do not mow, they only connect you with people who post ads for mowing and then you, as the customer, have to negotiate times for someone to show up. I waited for 2 days and nobody arrived. They told me it wasn't worth their drive from central mass to come to the south shore. Run away from this company, super unprofessional.
