Worse than useless service. The provider did not show up. He rescheduled for the next day and again did not show up. You don't get the phone number of the provider. You have to text through a buggy stupid app. You can call the national headquarters, but the frontline reps will tell you they can't call the providers either. So, I asked for a supervisor. They sent out the worst of the worst (mowed down our flowers and missed many spots) and would randomly not show up. Then they cancelled out service without notifying us
SCAM COMPANY. They do not mow, they only connect you with people who post ads for mowing and then you, as the customer, have to negotiate times for someone to show up. I waited for 2 days and nobody arrived. They told me it wasn't worth their drive from central mass to come to the south shore. Run away from this company, super unprofessional.
Used these guys and they did an awful job, plus leaked oil all over our driveway and did nothing to clean it up. Then years afterwards, they started charging our credit card they had kept on file! Huge mistake to use them.
Strongly recommend you do not use this service. It was very unreliable and is essentially impossible to cancel, with very poor communication and systems.
