It's a good concept but it's very poorly executed. They'll start an account up with you (they don't mention that it's auto-renewing, but whatever.) It's quite expensive, even for my small yard. It's 49.99 for a small half shotgun in New Orleans. Biggest issue, (and dear god I'm sorry I sound like a Karen) is that three times in the last month I've been charged for lawn cutting that never happened. ABSOLUTE TERRIBLE! We have been paying these clowns to mow our lawn which is tiny in size for months. EACH TIME THEY SHOW UP 3 WEEKS LATE! In no way shape or form has this company EVER shown up on time or on the day they tell you. They tell you oh were coming today then its 3 weeks later. Worst company I have ever seen. I will be taking them to court because they do not uphold their end of the deal EVER! SO MANY other companies/people that will actually come out and cut your grass before your grass gets taller than you. Proceed with caution using this company!!
very frustrating app. There is no standard for lawn care providers. If you get assigned a good one, be sure to get their cell phone # in case the app randomly assigns you a new one out of the blue. One time you'll get a great one, the next one you'll get a guy that has no business cutting anyone's lawn.
Hey did yall forget about me??? I had talked to someone about helping me reclaim my yard. That was almost a month ago! No one has come out to set up any prices or even look at my property. I've already had a heat related injury out here and wouldn't like that to happen. I'm a disabled vet and there isn't much I can physically do out here.
