When I received notification on text about them coming to my house after having cancelled last year I was informed the account was not active. I told them I did not want service (according to them they record all calls). They sent someone anyway. I called customer service again they assured me I would not be charged because they understood I did not want service and that the lawn care technician would have to just eat the cost. This business is beyond terrible. They don't show up, they don't provide the same people EVER, they don't respond to urgent requests or they bald-face lie and lie again. They do not help the customer, and the two times they showed up they did a terrible job. I now have to pay someone $1800 to use a bushhog and clean up the area they were supposed to mow every other week, and I have code violations because they didn't do the jobs. They shouldn't be permitted to run a business. Stay far, far away from this awful company.

I have been using LawnStarter services for several months and find they are really good at keeping my lawn looking great. Great company and the young person who keeps my lawn looking good is named Kristine. She is the best and goes the extra mile to make sure your lawn looks GREAT !!!!
