Called in, opened an account, scheduled service for Monday, on Sunday my service was rescheduled to Friday. I called in again and told them that I needed it earlier, so they rescheduled it to Wednesday, on Wednesday they rescheduled it to next Monday. What's the point to schedule service when it will be rescheduled every time? I called in and cancelled my account.
Can't even comment on the quality of their work because they never actually *show up*. Support takes days to respond to messages. Ended up doing all the work myself because they left me no choice. Awful.
Ran riding lawnmower over yard last year for season ending service. Left tire marks throughout yard. When called for remediation promised to resod and reseed where needed. Remediation never occurred so I called to followup beginningof season. After sending multiple pics and emails they declined to NOT stand by their original remediation plan! Terrible customer service!
