Over the winter season I inquired about services to see the cost. I was VERY specific that i did not need services at the time however i would reach out if needed. The company proceeded to come out and do our snow without us signing up. I spoke to a worker and told him i didn’t need the help, we didn’t sign up and i hadn’t paid for services. I have had this group handle my snow removal for a few years now and have been happy with my service. The basic areas (front walk and drive) are always done very well, and depending on which person comes I sometimes get my back walk done as well which is really helpful. I am not a high priority business so do not always have overnight snow cleared before I head out to work in the morning, but it is always done before I return.
