They do not stand behind their work and they won't contact you. We paid them to do extensive landscaping on our new house and although they warranted all the plantings, when we contacted them to report a tree that died - within months of planting, as well as other plants that died they just ignored us. When I spoke to the office person she didn't even care that they weren't returning calls. Even during the initial work they were unresponsive to our messages to when they would complete the work. We had Lawns R Us do our mulch project this year. They did an excellent job and the crew was very friendly and professional. The pricing was very reasonable and we had the job done within a week of the proposal. We will definitely use them again for other landscaping projects that we have planned. Good work guys!!

Customer service issue - Company doesn't return phone calls or explain why a service that wasn't performed and was never billed, suddenly results in a single bill 90days past due; then won't return calls to ask for details and try to resolve. After repeated attempts to contact via phone, during their business hours - even went to their office in person to try to get details about this charge. Still no progress.
