This owner "Mike" (he goes by his middle name) is racist towards his own employees. He also doesn't pay his Hispanic employees as much as his white employees. Multiple clients have reported that sprinklers arent being repaired one of them has been waiting 4 weeks. He constantly cusses out and yells at his employees. I wouldn't trust anything his says or any promises he keeps. He also doesn't keep promises when it comes to raises and will lie to get his way. DO NOT support this man, he is not good in any sense.
