My 95 year old mother's lawns with Lawns Plus service. One dry spot (not in picture) all else watered daily and moist. EXCUSE was "lawn needs thatched and there is fungus: The lawn was thatched last year and no thatch was pulled when I checked plus there responsible for spraying for fungus etc. SMH Either way, the lawn looks horrible and all we got was excuses from both the manager and owner. TERRIBLE BUSINESS AND SERVICE!!!!
We have used Lawns plus for years But the last 2 years the lawn has lost its green and we have 3 spots that the lawn is completely dead... Their service man came out and gave us excuses such as lack of water... lawn fungus... The summer heat etc.. He took lawn plug samples (moisture showed down to 5 inches..no fungus shown etc... I called his manager and got a call back. He tried to give us the same excuses I will never recommend or use them again
