Unresponsive, showed up 3 days after they said they would, charged me 3x the cost for parts and $200 an hour for labor. Also didnt fix the pump, I had to rebuild it myself after they left because it needed more than a new foot valve. I called to talk about the bill and Tom let me get about 3 words past "I was surprised at the bill" before starting to yell and talk over me. Threatened to send me to collections because I dared ask about the bill. Good luck running a business if you treat people that way.
Tom and the crew at Lawns Etc are good people and helped us get our yard in shape for our upcoming wedding. They are a flexible and can do team. I highly recommend them in terms of job quality and business integrity in doing what they say, when they promise,.
Lawns etc. brought our little school campus back to life! Their work quality and speed was amazing, blessing our students and families with a much needed makeover. They are timely and excellent with thier upkeep as well.
