Very competent, but don't expect any communication. Took a Gravely ZTR there, after a phone call to explain the issue. They not only fixed the issue, but some others that they found. Only problem is they never called me once. Normally, I expect repair shops to call me with a diagnosis and an estimate. Nope. And then I expect a call when the work is finished and ready for pickup. Nope. I had to call them every time. Strange. But very competent repair shop otherwise.
Said they diagnosed my lawn mower problem, but when I took it somewhere else they had it running within mins and what I asked them to check was an issue. Safety switch on break. Have video to prove. Can’t load video.
Great to work with. Smooth transaction and the folks there were very nice and helpful. I'm going to love my new Husqvarna TS348 lawnmower.
We went there for parts. Staff was very knowledgeable and helpful, and their prices were reasonable.
