Sad to have to say that the community I live in had to end our contract with Lawnmasters because I always love to see local companies thrive. They have some of the laziest workers and seemed to fail at completing task even with supervision.One afternoon behind our condo I watched 3 workers listening to the radio in the work truck and walking around while on they're phones for over 2 hours while limbs and other vegetation they had cut down needded to be picked up! Update 9/23/25 The past month, the crew that has been doing the weekly lawn care have done a great job. Thanks to whoever got them to do the job right. My experience is based on the past 3 months living at Mexico Beach Crossing. Lawnmasters is the company they use. There has been zero times all the work is completed after they cut the grass. It’s poorly cut and many spots are missed. Cleaning up after is rarely done and if some areas are cleaned up we are lucky. My experience is based on the past 3 months living at Mexico Beach Crossing. Lawnmasters is the company they use. There has been zero times all the work is completed after they cut the grass. It’s poorly cut and many spots are missed. Cleaning up after is rarely done and if some areas are cleaned up we are lucky. They race so fast with the mower, no wonder so many areas are missed. Unit 6275 completely ignored a stop sign while taking my kids to school. I had to slam on my breaks just to avoid hitting them. I don't care where they needed to be to where they thought it was ok to do this on such a foggy morning. Disrespectful. While your driving for the business you would think you would be cautious! If I could give negative stars I would.
