have used for over 5 years...great service, lawn looks great...responsive to concerns. nice, friendly service providers...calls or texts before arriving
The folks that do the actual application do a good job. My lawn is green and relatively free of weeds. The only negative I have, and the reason I didn't give five stars, is that the LawnMan office in Germantown, TN, does a very poor job of communicating or addressing issues right away. The local folks are good but the home office is not. For example, they sent a mass email to their customers wanting to schedule a date to do aeration but no information on the cost.
