We had Lawncore aerate and overseed our property. Unfortunately the seed did not take, despite regular watering. They came by to look at the results and agreed that the results were poor and blamed it on a bad batch of seed. Unfortunately, this resulted in weeds overtaking the yard during the summer. Lawncore did offer to spray roundup over our entire yard and reseed at no additional cost. Lawncore did a fantastic job cleaning out our disaster of a back yard and seeding a new lawn. Not only did they offer the lowest bid, but they provided a clear and itemized written estimate with a detailed plan for exactly what they wanted to do with the lawn. Bill and his team were prompt, polite and professional. They finished on time and on budget, despite some hidden messes that our yard had in store for them.
