Lawnco attempted to charge me an illegal surcharge for using a credit card. I suspect they have been doing this to others who might not realize that such charges are illegal in Texas as of the date of this post. Their rates are very competitive but their service over many years has been inconsistent. You will have to supplement their treatments with your own to get the best results, although that might be true with other companies as well. We will NEVER use them again. Very RUDE employees, NOT well managed. The treatment did NOTHING to the weeds. Still waiting for them to come back out to respray. DO NOT return phone calls. DO NOT call ahead of time to let you know they are on their way. WILL NOT REFER them to ANYONE. We used them last year and were not very happy but thought it was a fluke and gave them another opportunity to earn our business this year. BAD DECISION.
