We used this company most of last season with only a few problems here or there most of them dealing with them showing up when they said they would. This year we scheduled a spring cleanup two weeks in advance of when we needed it done (function in our yard). They never showed up to do the work. We checked in on them three times to make sure they would be able to complete the job, each time they assured us they would, even up to the very day of our event, but they NEVER showed. I actually got this companies information off of Angie's List because of their numerous positive reviews. They were one of the highest rated landscape companies in our area. We started with this company with simple weekly mowing and flower bed maintenance as needed. After the first year we signed up for the annual contract and they now take care of every aspect of our lawn. My name is Denise Cyrus. I have used Lawn Care of Hampton Roads when I first moved here to Hampton. It has been almost 3 years now. At first, I didn't think they were a bad company but, after making 3 appointments with them for the same work order, I was frustrated. The company didn't even call to say they weren't gonna make the 1st appointment or the 2nd appointment OR the 3rd appointment.
