I had these guys out a few years back to do some drainage work. Had no issues. But when I called them to a while back to repair part of the drain that had gotten clogged, as well as some work on my patio, it was a nightmare. Like others have stated multiple times, they never call you back. I had to call them at least 10 times, this is not an exaggeration, over the course of a few months to get them to schedule the work and finally come out and do it. I highly discourage anyone from using LawnBoy Lawn Services if you want to have a decent lawn. While mowing this season, they repeatedly ran over our trees roots, and now the tree is dying. We will have to pay to have the tree cut down and the stump removed. Not to mention that will make our front yard unsightly. Also, when adding compost to our lawn at the end of summer, their crew added the compost so thick that it actually killed the grass in many areas. We now have many bare patches in our lawn. I would strongly advise against using this company. They came highly recommended by our realtor so we thought we could trust them but it was a mistake. They re-landscaped our front flower beds and after two months six of the shrubs look extremely unhealthy - they look like they've died with all the leaves having turned brown and falling off. We asked for them to be replaced or for a refund but the owner is adamant they are not dead and will not do anything except suggest we pay MORE money to develop a "care plan". This is af... read more
