The labor lawn works team performed to reroute and add additional heads were professional and neat. I was offended by the owner's smugness when asking questions about the type of sprinkler heads used and the scope of the work. During the negotiation, I wanted to demonstrate the coverage of the irrigation zone so he would notice an additional head was needed. He told me it was not necessary he knew what was needed. Business response:
We actually turned on the entire system to show Mr. Gonzalez the coverage of the work we were contracted to do upon completion of our work. The area that is needing additional spray head is from the original irrigation design from the builders contractor, not us. He did ask questions that were answered in detail about the work that our crew performed before we were hired to to the work then prior to leaving his home. My apologies if you felt offended in any way by my answers.
Hired Lawn Works in May 2018 to replace my privacy fence, add topsoil, plant zoysia sod and to repair some landscape areas. Not even two years later I had to hire another company to rebuild the fence and landscape areas. Totally remove the crappy dirt and sod this company used, replacing with quality topsoil and new sod. Needless to say I felt so frustrated and disappointed with the poor job by Mr. Cadena and his landscape company. Unfortunately I had to pay again to redo the horrible job he was paid to do!

I am so sorry to hear this as I was never called within the two year period to address any issues with the sod. The soil (landscape mix soil) we used was purchased from ***** *** ****which is very good quality and the Sod comes from ***** *****farms which is also great quality sod.
