I had a great experience working with this company. The gal who answered my call was kind and helpful while setting up a meeting with the guys. The two gentleman that showed up were very informative and knew what they were doing. Bill and Logan I believe were their names. We walked the property and made a plan. After I accepted my bid they were prompt to get me on the schedule. The work was completed and left looking clean. I will happily contact Lawnworks again, they did great! -Camryn :)
My neighbor property management uses this company. I was briefly locked out of my house, sitting on my porch waiting for my husband. There were 2 guys working. Kylar (sp?) was on the mower, looked right at me going one way. Then proceeded to turn around and go back the opposite way, spraying me with grass and whatever else… pets go outside… there are rock beds… When my husband tried to talk to him, he said he didn’t even see me… His co worker was the apologetic one. Do not hire Lawnworks supposedly located in Lolo, Mt. On google map their address is an empty lot. They don't answer the phone, they don't show up to do the work. My friend paid them cash for 4 mowings and they only did two and never came back.
They do a good job but I’ve called to cancel service at my property 3 times now and I haven’t received a call back to stop the service for the time being. Today is 7 - 27 - 23 and I posting this review to cover myself from further billing at my property. Thank you and somebody needs to call me back ASAP so there’s no miss understanding about my billing that was supposed to STOP last week.
