Lawn Systems Inc was very timely and efficient in repairing my leaking irrigation valve, and performing the annual backflow test. They are good people to work with.
I have struggled on giving this review. I give 5 stars to Shelby and his personally. Up until the most recent repair I would give this company a 5 star review, but now I can't. 2 of the 5 valves needed to be replaced, we chose to just have all 5 done. Do to this repair the box that covers the valves needed to also be replaced. This box was completely buried and we had it covered with landscaping rocks. michael arrived on time, exactly, and was extremely courteous and efficient. He winterized the sprinkler system and let me know when he was leaving. He represented Lawn Systems well.
We had our sprinkler system installed by Lawn Systems when we built our home over 28 years ago, and they've been servicing it ever since. We recently had an issue where a sprinkler head was accidentally covered up by a new AC unit installation. Jesse came out, we talked through the issue and the best way to handle the situation. He listened, was professional, found the problem, and quickly resolved the issue. Thank you, Jesse.
We’ve been using Lawn Systems for the past 15 years. They installed our irrigation system when we built our house in 2010 and have been the only company we trusted for our spring and fall irrigation maintenance since then. Shelby has been the maintenance technician who has performed our spring start up and fall shut off for the past couple of seasons and has done a great job.
