Service person came out, did not know what he was doing. Advised me to change out heads that wouldn't even cover the area we needed to irrigate. When I questioned why I would want to do his suggested work, he made no sense at all and advised me, "Well, it's up to you, it's your system". The whole experience was confusing and irritating and left me questioning why a company would have someone like this working for them. Had him change out a broken head and that was it.

Not sure if new management or ownership. Never been treated with so much disrespect from office personnel. I scheduled a system turn on along with a new section we needed to have added. Scheduled this 2 weeks in advance and explained I would need up to 75' foot of a new run with 5-8 heads included. Told them it would be a 3-4 hour job.My landscape company was out waiting on them to complete this job. I have used Lawn Systems Inc. for years to turn my system on and off each year and to provide the city/county with a required "back-flow" test report. My system was somewhat old and it cracked. The technician noticed it and agreed to fix it. The cost was approximately $700, which is not the issue. Apparently, Lawn Systems, Inc. didn't properly permit the new part, which they knew was required. Because of this, they didn't submit the required back-flow report that I have already paid for. Lawn Systems put in my inground sprinkler system. They were outstanding from day 1. We had one problem with cut Internet cable that had not gotten marked by the utilities marking company. Lawn Services handled it all for us and even helped our neighbors who also lost their phone and Internet service. A lot of companies can give a good product for a good price but you really see how good a company is in how they handle a problem. I would recommend this company to anyone. Good system, good price, easy controls.
