I’ll start with the good: we bought our home three years ago and they have been very helpful in the winterizing and un-winterizing our sprinkler system. The technicians have always been helpful. The bad: This spring we took out some landscaping and put grass seed in its place as well as overseeding and filling in areas that had died and not come back. We purchased quite the home about a year and a half ago. The first home with a sprinkler system since moving to MI from Vegas. I had no clue what I was doing but Alan and his lovely wife Julie in the office ALWAYS get me together! They are so kind and extremely knowledgeable. Emailed signed contract for irrigation services for the spring season but had not received confirmation or scheduled an appointment. After waiting 8 weeks emailed a follow up message but still no response. Finally called the company only to be told by a representative that the email address I was using is not checked (I simply used an email address I had previously communicated with the company on); she also stated, "I'm only one person calling a thousand people."
