Initially the service was good and they did what we had contracted for. After about a year, things started going downhill, but when we called to request attention to areas that had been overlooked, they came through. Then the service person changed and the service was pretty terrible. Unfortunately, due to major health issues we were facing, we no longer had the time and energy to keep on them.
