Jacob has been maintaining our properties for years now…the biggest thing we value is reliability and he has never let us down. After going through a few people in the past who just couldn’t stay consistent, it’s been such a relief to have someone we can count on. Even as his business has grown over the years, he’s managed to stay on schedule and continue doing a darn good job every single time. We appreciate his consistency, professionalism, and the pride he takes in his work. Highly recommend!
