An honest review of your scheduling process was being contacted by you, since we were previous customers, to see if we were interested in a special on our sprinkler system that week or the next. That was an auto engineered text, so in reality, there was no availability that week, only the last day of the second week. I had more availability the 1st week & so jumped at the opportunity. I am otherwise happy with your friendly, warm professionalism, & trying to accommodate as best you can.
