Eric Reed was absolutely amazing and knew his work. Very good with irrigation and knows his stuff. I will highly recommend him to anyone who needs this kind of of work completed
I called a few companies for help with a Master Valve issue. The main reason I decided to choose Lawn Sense was primarily because they were able to come out the quickest. They didn’t give any quote over the phone but stated they charged $80 for a visit. That was my mistake. Had I known what they would charge and not handcuff me with the $80 visit, I would have declined their work. The positive is they arrived on time and completed the work quickly. I never actually got a chance to use this company, and I’d like to believe they are very good at their job. However it was impossible for me to actually use their services because their “receptionist” is a useless AI bot. I called because I wanted to find out if this company offered the service I needed, it’s a complex and expensive job that requires a special license and permits from the city. These guys are awesome. They have replaced sprinklers to drips, fixed broken sprinkler heads and today they came by with only an hours notice because there were so many issues with my sprinklers... including a broken pipe I didn't even know about. They are respectful, kind, funny, reliable and super professional. I wouldn't go anywhere else for my sprinkler needs. (Been using them for 5 years I think!!) Thanks for being so awesome
